Gate installation contracts include:
- Written completion date;
- Gate drawing, so you can see the gate as it would appear upon completion;
- Site plan, showing the location of both the gate and operating equipment. The plan will show where all the wiring is buried, as a reference for future projects.
- Site clean up: Clean up is performed at the end of each day. At the end of the project, the job site is thoroughly cleaned and restored to its former state. Special circumstances should be discussed, i.e., hauling away certain debris.
